Error codes during install, including Error Code 2908
This is a known issue with the Microsoft .Net installer
If you receive an error during install the likely cause is with the
Microsoft .Net install.
To fix the issue please see the step below to uninstall .Net.
Print Workshop will reinstall .Net during the install process
1) Click Start Menu
2) Select Control Panels
3) Select Add or Remove Programs (XP) or Program and Features (Vista)
4) Uninstall any .Net program listed in add or remove.
.Net Framework 1.1, 1.1 Hotfix, 2.0 Service pack 2, 3.0 Service Pack 2 and 3.5 SP1
5) once all have been uninstalled restart your computer
6) Install Print Workshop 2009
Once installed, you should run any updates from Microsoft that may be required.
Vista
Update Windows Vista.
XP
Update Windows XP.
